The inspiration behind our distinguished landscape design services is our passion for outdoor living. We love being outside, and we want our clients to enjoy it as much as we do. Our landscape design team all share a common love for sitting around a firepit, talking with our kids and family, and grilling food outdoors on the patio while hosting friends. Jon Kontz

Partner

Jon, a native of Jermyn, Pennsylvania, embarked on his first landscaping venture in 1996. Equipped with nothing more than a wagon and a weed whacker, he has built a successful landscape and construction business serving clients from Philadelphia to NY, LA and as far away as Qingdao China and Abuja Nigeria. Jon is a visionary, passionate about good design and a great product. Jon is driven to take every project to the highest level possible, infusing each project with creativity and unparalleled context, and approaching every situation with curiosity and a love for learning—a quality that has set his work apart in the industry. His passion for innovation and commitment to excellence propel his team to bold growth and transformative impact in the industry.

Chalie Kelly

Partner

Chalie, a former collegiate baseball player, earned all-league and all-region honors, showcasing his great leadership strength and unwavering dedication both on and off the field. After his athletic career, he served as a project manager in the Navy for 14 years, overseeing highly complex, large research projects that further honed his ability to guide teams with precision and purpose. A native of Northeast Philadelphia and Bucks County, Chalie grew up in the construction industry and nurtured a passion for landscaping from a young age, which blossomed into a remarkable 25-year career in the industry. He studied landscape architecture at UMass, deepening his expertise in the field. Renowned for his exceptional ability to service customers very well, he builds lasting relationships through attentiveness and excellence. Looking ahead, Chalie remains committed to expanding his expertise and fostering innovation in landscaping, ensuring continued growth in both his personal and professional endeavors.
