First things first. Are you planning on installing pavers yourself? If so, manufacturers sell concrete pavers from $2 to $10 per sq. ft. 

If you are having them professionally installed, plan on an all-in cost from $15 to $39 per sq. ft. (properly installing pavers in Pennsylvania means laying them over 4-12” of crushed, compacted base stone, geotextile fabric and properly excavated and compacted subsoil). 

Are you looking for the right quality concrete paver, but don’t have a budget for your project yet? Most pavers are fairly comparable when it comes to their quality. They are made out of pre-cast concrete and should have a minimum strength rating to 3000 PSI, but their cost varies according to the method of installation and whether or not they are deemed a utilitarian or a designer/luxury item.
