Antoinette – Director of Operations
Antoinette—an avid gardener nonstop since the age of five, with a love for edible and medicinal plants—loves living out her passion for people and plants each day through her work at PLANT. Her job flows seamlessly into her appreciation for the outdoors, nutrition, exercise, and beauty/art. She loves Jesus, cooking, biking, hiking, yoga, running, paddle boarding, macrame, crochet, and, of course, PLANTS! Antoinette is the voice and fun of PLANT, and an original member of the PLANT Design Group team, faithfully serving our amazing customers for over a decade, since our inception. Antoinette is first person you’re likely to speak to when you pick up the phone or send us an email to finally transform your backyard into your largest living and entertaining space.
Ken – Senior Project Manager
Ken—like the rest of our team—is a true lover of the outdoor lifestyle (with a special love of grilling, in particular), and he brings that passion to work with him everyday. What Ken loves about working at PLANT is simple (just like his excellent project management keeps the process for our amazing clients, the way): he enjoys “transforming properties”. Chalie – CEO and Partner/Owner
Though he hates to be called it (a true team player and historic record holder for West Chester University Baseball in five different categories), Chalie kicked off 2025 becoming the incredible CEO and Partner Owner of PLANT. He’d never say it himself, but he is a gifted leader and the PLANT team is all loving life (and our jobs) and thriving under his care. Did we mention he is also raising up four wonderful children with his lovely wife, Sue? But…it doesn’t stop there. Chalie brings DEEP industry knowledge and experience to the table because he started cutting grass for neighbors at 10-years-old (and never stopped learning about his landscaping passion, going on to found @kellygrowllc … his successful high-end plant and turf management company) and graduated cum laude in business management! Chalie is an outdoorsman who above all enjoys spending time Sue and the kids, coaching youth sports, watching and playing sports, fitness, and reading. Finally, he said it best himself in the interview for this feature: “My favorite thing about what we do at PLANT is that we can create amazing spaces for our customers to enjoy their most valuable time on earth, that is their time with friends and family. We have the ability and vision to create anything that our customers desire and make their dreams a reality. Our team collectively has well north of 500 combined years of experience and can solve the most challenging problems.”
Nicole – Finance Lead
As Finance Lead Nicole dots the i’s and crosses the t’s to keep this boat afloat, and she does it with warmth and grace. A peaceful presence to those around her, Nicole is a much-loved member of the PLANT team. Like the rest of us, she shares in the PLANT-wide appreciation for the outdoors and enjoys hiking, biking, and paddle boarding in her free time (which she enjoys a lot more of now that her four children are all grown)! What Nicole loves most about working at PLANT is the fact that she gets to work with “great, talented people” and that she gets to be a part of making people’s homes beautiful! Don’t we all!? What a privilege! Thank you, Nicole, for being you and being a crucial part of this team!
Michael – Project Manager
Michael enjoys greatly his interface with our awesome clients and brings fun wherever he goes. He is also often the dynamic voice behind showcasing our projects on Instagram…pointing out each detail with passion: Michael truly loves what he does and it shows! Or, to use his own words, he enjoys “working at PLANT because we ALL love what we do! The process and attention to the details of every project is unmatched.” As far as fun facts about Michael, he will (and I quote) “never say no to pizza”, and he claims that if he “could travel around the world pruning Japanese Maple Trees [he] would be a very happy man”. Thankful for Michael! Let him get your project going for you!
Julie – Partner Relationship Manager
Monday morning is the perfect time to feature Julie as she is filled with the bright, positive energy that kicks off every week well, and is much valued in her role as Partner Relationship Manager. Julie brings years of experience in sales and marketing and has a passion for building meaningful connections, a skill mastered while working on her Marketing degree at St. Joseph’s University where she also played soccer. Her career has led her through a vast array of industries and she has deeply (personally and professionally) enjoyed the incredible people she’s met, especially during her time at @hbahomes , which was a highlight of her career. Julie’s favorite part of what she does at PLANT is “helping customers bring their visions to life and creating outdoor spaces that truly enhance the way they live.” She also loves meeting talented people who continue to make a positive impact on the industry. Outside work she enjoys the beach, cheering her kiddos on, hanging out with friends, and traveling. Her outlet is staying active doing things like yoga, paddle boarding, running, walking, or yoga.
Diana – Administrative Assistant
Helpful in all things and always ready to be used wherever needed, Diana has a Masters Degree in Business and has been a systems administrator for several companies, creating new processes and introducing new softwares. She also carries experience in web design and over a decade of experience in floral, event, and plant design. She is thrilled to be a part of the PLANT team! Diana said it best herself: “I’m passionate about building and home renovation projects. Give me a space to transform and I’m all in! My husband and I have renovated several properties we’ve purchased in the past. Working with PLANT is exciting to me because I love renovating spaces and creating ambiance for the people in the space. It’s exciting to see someone’s vision on paper and then watch it go through the process and come to life. In other words, I love design!” Though she has lived and traveled all over the country, Diana is proud to say that Northern California—where the vineyards stretch from the ocean to the Redwoods—is where she is originally from…a beautiful location that has inspired her. Now, her whole life is focused on her family and they are “avid” beach-goers and love the outdoors in general. Soccer is currently the main gig for her two sweet girls. We are so grateful to have Diana on the team!
Terrence – Marketing Lead
Terrence is a born-and-bred Doylestown native (West is best!) who grew up immersed in both the polo and the arts communities in Bucks County. Her parents—both extremely hardworking and successful business owners—were deeply involved and active in many aspects of Bucks community life, and this fostered what she considers a deep appreciation, understanding, and pride in the true beauty of Bucks County. It is her joy and honor to visually and textually represent PLANT Design Group every day via branding and content work that embodies and stewards the area of the country that she loves most. Terrence graduated from New York University with degrees Web Programming and Design, Creative Writing, and Religious Studies, and went on to earn a Masters Degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Her two favorite parts of working for PLANT are the talented teammates and getting to work with the beautiful property photos by @juanvidalphotography that showcase our team-wide passion and talent for creating gathering spaces for family and friends amidst outdoor life and beauty. When not collaborating with the vibrant PLANT Design Group team, Terrence is thoroughly enjoying life with her husband, Andrew, and their four young children who are being classically educated in Newark, DE. In what little free time is left over that, Terrence enjoys her amazing church, training as a figure skater, reading and studying to learn new things, walks in the woods, and creative time in the kitchen preparing healthy food for family and friends!
